Act now to oppose Minnesota bills SF4458, HF3775/SF4017 and HF4439/SF4416 that would eliminate conscientious exemptions and their parental rights!

1. Senate bill 4458 would eliminate Minnesota’s conscientiously held belief exemptions for every child.

2. House bill 3775/Senate bill 4017 requires a parent that seeks a conscientious exemption to meet with a doctor to complete a state mandated education session. This bill is in the Senate Health and Human Services Committee.

3. House bill 4439/Senate bill 4416 allows the Minnesota Commissioner of Health alone to add vaccines to the Minnesota schedule.
